AllCabins destinations are chosen based on cabin search activity across 80+ cabin phrase variations and cabin vendor availability within the location. Each destination is located near an outdoor recreation area or unique attraction for seasonal or year round tourism.

A cabin is any freestanding structure that is cute, quaint, romantic, rustic and/or unique. It can be rented on a nightly basis. It can include structures that we might define as Cabins, Cottages, Lodges, Chalets, Tree houses, Yurts, and Cabooses.

We rely on a variety of methods. With over 20 years in the business with a product that relies heavily on great organic search results, we are already seeing rapid growth in our organic rankings during the soft launch. We are purchasing paid traffic with ad networks and social networking sites. We are also sending traffic from our existing network of travel guides that have been helping visitors plan travel to over 41 outdoor destinations.

At this time, the cabins are sorted randomly each time the page is loaded. This gives all cabins a fair opportunity to be seen.

For the last 20 years, our company has helped businesses grow their direct bookings through digital marketing, while helping travelers discover, plan, and enjoy outdoor destinations. We couldn't help but notice the huge interest that our travelers have had in cabins as their ideal lodging option. Therefore, we launched AllCabins.com as a venue to help our travelers find authentic cabins in unique outdoor destinations.

During this time, we also purchased a small cabin property with 20 cabin units. We were able to learn the ins and outs of managing a cabin property from the front lines!

We feel we can relate to owners and travelers personally because not only have we owned and managed cabin properties, we also prefer to travel to cabin destinations ourselves.

We don't want to compare each aspect of AllCabins to AirBnb or Homeaway. They are both good at what they do.

But we do want to offer you an affordable, simple, efficient marketing so you have time to connect with cabins guests. Our inquiries come directly to your inbox. You connect with your guests, however you want, making their booking experience enjoyable. And you don't have to stretch your budget with high commissions or annual fees.

We simply drop more money to your bottom line - period.

We would like to become a household name that is known as the place to plan and book cabin lodging. We will be releasing new destinations over the course of the next 6 months along with a marketing plan to grow traffic. Once we have curated and released all of what we have determined as cabin "hot spots", we will evaluate if we want to release this nationwide.

We'll set them all up for you and then give you a chance to review the details. We just need access to some high quality images. We recommend setting up one cabin profile for each of your "types" of cabins.

We did extensive research into which cabin types travelers are looking for, and your business fits the bill. We set you up on the site for free, using your website for information, and you are now receiving inquiries for direct bookings.

Your property was chosen based on cabin search activity in your destination. We chose cabins that had high quality images and a variety of cabin types. Our team added you as a Free AllCabins listing by gathering photos, cabin description, and contact email and phone from your website. Please contact us if you would like to update any of your information. We are happy to do that for you!

For Free Listings, once you have received 3 inquiries, the listing is removed. It is added back again after 30 days. Upgrading to the paid plan will keep you listed all month as long as your subscription is active.

You can share the uniqueness of your brand through 360-degree virtual tours, which offer your guests a real-life experience before they arrive. Show off your guest rooms, a unique dining room, or beautiful surroundings. Potential guests can view these virtual tours on your AllCabins listing, your website and on Google Street View.

That is our next step. Our cabineers are currently putting the chinking on an interface where you can login and manage your subscription and your cabin listings.

We do not offer a discount for multiple cabin listings. The simple monthly fee per cabin is well below the industry standard. We do not charge commissions on inquiries/bookings and we want to keep our pricing as simple as possible.

We do not have a way for you to be more visible at this time. What would you suggest?

We send you the cabin of interest, reservation dates, name, email, # of guests, and any special requests via an email. What would make an inquiry more useful to you?

We do our best to avoid spam getting through the inquiry form. But in the off chance that it does, just let us know.

We provide monthly reports so that you know that your subscription is working with AllCabins. These reports will include:

• Total # of Inquiries
• Total # of clicks through to your website
• Total # of Profile Views
• Market Comparisons

We do not have a way to know your inventory at this time. Yet, we are researching the best methods in which to integrate your existing reservation system or online travel agent listings. We do not want to build yet another place for you to manage inventory when we can tap into what is already out there.

We do not currently have availability calendars on the cabin profile pages. We are currently researching the options to integrate your availability from any existing online travel agent relationships you already have. We do not want to release yet another place for you to keep your inventory up to date.

We do not integrate with existing reservation software/systems at this time. Yet, our cabineers are currently digging the foundation of a system that will integrate with the most popular reservations systems in use today.
