Villa de Mont is one of the lovely Victorian style houses located in downtown Bar Harbor! Once an Inn, it is now a wonderful spacious house for larger family groups! New to rentals in 2021 Villa de Mont is located just a couple blocks from the Village Green and the Sand Bar Beach. This 3-story gem has an old fashioned feel to it, with colorful wallpapered rooms with eaves and varied windows, and a sweet front porch! And your group will enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to all the downtown restaurants, shops and activities! The first floor features a renovated "cooks" kitchen, living room with a nice bay window and gas fireplace, and a dining room. There is a den/TV room with a sleeper sofa. And the first queen bedroom is located here with bathroom (shower only). The second floor features 1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms. Each, of which, has their own private bathroom! The king bedroom has a spacious outdoor deck off of it! The third floor features 2 more queen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and one with a small balcony with distance views of Dorr Mountain! In the lower level (basement) there is also another full bathroom, as well as TV room and room with fusbol.
